Use Foodforfolk lawfully, honestly and considerately.

These standards apply to shoppers, vendors and anyone accessing the website or apps.

Using the service

You may use Foodforfolk to discover, buy, sell and discuss food through the features made available to you. Information supplied to the service must be accurate, current and yours to provide. You must protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Prohibited activity

You must not use Foodforfolk to break the law; deceive or defraud another person; list unsafe, unlawful or misdescribed goods; conceal required food or allergen information; harass, threaten or discriminate; submit fake or misleading reviews; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; send spam; manipulate prices, stock, ratings or marketplace processes; or evade an account restriction.

Technical misuse

Do not introduce malware, probe or bypass security, access another person's data, overload the service, scrape or copy it at unreasonable scale, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automated access except through a facility Foodforfolk has expressly provided or authorised. Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately to [email protected].

Content and enforcement

Foodforfolk may remove content, limit functionality or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate or address safety, fraud, legal or policy concerns. Measures will take account of seriousness, evidence, urgency and repeat behaviour. Where appropriate, affected users can contact support to explain the circumstances or challenge a decision.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with the relevant listing, order, review or account details. Do not expose sensitive personal information in a public review or listing.
